On top of helping me realize my home ac situation was fine, he also decided to waive the trip charge since he didn’t have to drive very far to get to my house from where his last job was. Without going in to all the sordid details, he honestly saved me from throwing more good money after bad to another different, less honest, company. From the operator to the technician, this company exceeded our expectations. Very courteous and helpful. Technician gave us suggestions, worked quickly, and was very personable and professional.

Our A/C went out and we asked a friend and he referred us to this company. They worked with our schedule and were very pleasant to speak to. Was a very enjoyable experience doing business with this company.

We would gladly refer them and use them in the future if need be.

I had a service contract with another company when my A/C failed. That company thought is was acceptable to be without A/C until Monday. I called True Blue late Thursday afternoon and they had a technician out at my house within 30 minutes. I had a new unit installed by Friday afternoon. It was nice to have a comfortable house this weekend. Financing was easy. Nobody likes the necessary expense of having to replace central air conditioning units. True Blue made it pleasant and easy.
